While all of these will have 128GB of internal storage, their RAM capacities would vary. The base variant of the smartphone will come with 4GB RAM and will reportedly be available at a price tag of Rs 17,990. The other two higher-end models of the device will have 6GB and 8GB of RAM and are said to be priced at Rs 19,990 and Rs24,990. The handset features a 6.38-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) Super AMOLED display and it runs Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie. The global variant of the device houses a 4,500mAh battery and it comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device measures 159.53×75.23×8.13mm and it weighs 179.5 grams. Vivo S1 global variant features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 16MP primary sensor with an f/1.78 lens, an 8MP secondary sensor with an f/2.2 wide-angle lens, and third a 2MP sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, it comes with a 32MP that has an f/2.0 aperture. On the connectivity front, it includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, USB-OTG, Micro USB, and GPS.
