At times, this issue of Microsoft Teams popping up on its own can be witnessed when a user is trying to enter login details to open some other website on a different browser. Besides this, there are subscribers of Office 365 who get access to Microsoft Teams by default along with installation of Microsoft Office. So every time they boot the laptop, Microsoft Teams will start popping up on the screens. Worry not! You can disable the repeated starting-up of the Team with simple steps without the need to enter login details on Microsoft Teams. All you need to do is locate the purple Microsoft Teams icon in your notification area right at the bottom of your system. Then, right click on it. You could now see Settings. Click on Settings. You will get two options. Select Do Not Auto-Start Teams. Now, right-click the icon again and select Quit. This will stop Microsoft Teams from popping up again until you opt to open it yourself. If you are running short of time, you may find this screen even in lesser time by opening your Start menu and typing ‘Startup’ in the search box. Now, click on the ‘Startup Apps’ that will open up lists of apps on this panel. Find ‘Microsoft Teams’ and right click the button to turn it ‘Off’.
