If you are new to the game, in this game, players choose their own map in which they want to battle and are airdropped solo or in a group of two/four. Next, they collect a range of equipment that includes guns, backpacks, med-kits, and grenades. The players have to stay in a safe zone, breaching of which would be precarious to their game life. Once a player crosses the safe zone, they are trapped within the blue zone where enemies can target them and wipe them off within seconds or vice versa. Their allies also might end up getting killed. To revive them they need to use a medikit. The 0.10.0 update which introduced the Vikendi map created latency issues leading to a lot of gamers complaining about it. However, Tencent Games has promised that they are going to resolve this problem soon. To recall, the Vikendi Map’s theme was based on Christmas, the home screen of the game is based on holiday lights. It also has a snowy background with an SUV standing there that has Christmas lights on it, too.

The dimensions of the new map are 6x6km and will reportedly be available for consoles on January 21. Coming back to the PUBG Mobile 0.10.5 update, it would have the following features:

Tuksai: This is an Indian rickshaw also known as tuk-tuk Zombie mode (there is yet to be a confirmation on this regard) MK47 Mutant: New Assault Rifle having 7.62mm bullets Vikendi Stable map Snow bike: Meant for chasing down enemies and for various other purposes Vikendi Weather: Brings night mode—moonlight in addition to Day and Snow weather New weapons: G36C SMG and PP-19 Bizon SMG gun Footprints: To help players track down their enemies New voice chats FPP driving mode
