As of now, there is no word on the pricing of the upcoming flagship smartphone by OnePlus, however, it is being speculated that the handset will cost more than Rs 50,000 in India. The company has teased that OnePlus 7 Pro will come with a triple camera setup on its back panel and CEO Pete Lau has also said that the handset’s display panel is the most expensive screen that has been used on a flagship device yet. Lau also added that the display of the smartphone cost three times more than a conventional screen. Reports about the smartphone have also suggested that it will come with a 90Hz Quad HD+ AMOLED display. OnePlus 7 Pro will come with a full-screen experience and instead of the notch to house the front-facing camera of the smartphone, it will sport a pop-up selfie camera. Till now, pop-up selfie cameras have only been seen in the smartphones from Oppo and Vivo. The handset is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and will reportedly come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Chinese smartphone brand has also claimed that OnePlus 7 Pro has received the A+ rating from DisplayMate.
