This Fitbit wearable includes the latest health and fitness features such as Active Zone Minutes which is a new personalized standard based on your resting heart rate and age that tracks any workout that gets your heart pumping, from indoor biking to yoga, measuring the time you spend in each heart rate zone toward a weekly goal of 150 minutes. According to the company new content has also been added to Fitbit Premium that includes programs such as workouts from brands like barre3, Down Dog and Physique 57, mindfulness tools, challenges and more. It offers 40 new pieces of free content along with free 90-day trial for new Premium users.
The company has introduced Active Zone Minutes to the Fitbit Charge 4 that optimises GPS performance and includes a comfortable design for all-day wear even while sleeping also. It comes with an inductive button, a scratch-resistant screen and a bright, crisp touchscreen display that is easy to view in natural light. The built-in GPS allows you to leave your phone at home while going out for running, walking and other outdoor activities. The Fitbit’s PurePulse is capable of tracking your heart rate 24/7. It uses your heart rate zones to track your effort for any heart-pumping activity. The smart band comes with sleep features that will help you to understand and improve your sleep. The company promises to bring a smart wake feature that will use machine learning to wake you at the optimal time earlier it was available on Fitbit smartwatches. Whereas the sleep feature provides deeper insights into your sleep with a daily look at the quality of your sleep while it improves your sleep lets you set alarms and activate Sleep Mode to maintain routines and sleep schedules.
Fitbit Charge 4 Pricing and availability
Fitbit Charge 4 has been launched with a price tag of Rs 14,999 for the Black, Rosewood, and Storm Black/ Blue variants. Whereas the special edition Granite Reflective/ Black Woven variant has been priced at Rs 16,999. The company has not yet announced the sale date of the fitness tracker but is expected to be available for purchase this month only via both online and offline stores.
